Who we are
Mercury Sols is a software development business registered in Punjab, Pakistan, headquartered in Rahim Yar Khan, with regional offices in Canada and Italy. For any privacy question, write to info@mercurysols.org.
What we collect
When you use our contact, call booking or careers forms we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, message, the project type and budget you choose, the date, time and time zone you request for a call, and any file you attach, such as a project brief or CV.
Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your own browser only.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange the call you asked for, prepare a proposal, or consider your job application. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
Who processes it for us
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by an email delivery provider (Resend), and the website is hosted by Vercel. Both act on our instructions and may process data outside your country with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and call requests are kept for as long as needed to discuss and deliver your project, and for up to two years afterwards for our records. CVs are kept for up to twelve months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by writing to info@mercurysols.org. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections and access is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
